How do i report a site?

Over recent months i have been harrased by people on a forum and threats made on that forum abotu me and slanderous information. one wishing me dead or hit by a bus! and one coming to me workplace ive looked over sites to see how i can do this but come up with no answers :o( can anyone help/advise me please? its been happeneing for months now and is getting worser!
