How to become Ordained as a Pagan Priestess or Minister In Canada?

I want to be able to perform and officiate wedding ceremonies but am having trouble finding options. I am Pagan and live in Canada. My options are to be ordained, or become a Justice of the Peace. So I'm hoping to be able to be ordained as a High Priestess but don't know if it is an available option. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks!
