I suck at halo 3, will anybody help me?

Will someone please just help me get better at halo 3? I don't need any boosting I just want someone who make me better. I suck so much. Im a major grade 2 with all the achivements( just cause i got all the achivements doesn't mean im good). My GT is MEAN TWINKIE 89
