This kid is really creeping me out...?

Hello. First of all, I am not gay and never will be. Anyways this kid that is a "skater" is kind of freaking me out. He is one year older than me and works at the same workplace as me. He has never talked to me except when he bumped into me and apologized well let's say... Shockingly.. Anyways he always stares at me. He's in my Spanish cl and always stares at me. One of my friends even was like, "That guy stares at you a lot..." So what's going on? Can anyone tell me? I appriciate it. Thanks.
