Why is my fish's mouth bleeding?

my fish has blood round its mouth.. it has blood on its fins, its underneath the skin though ++ the colours on the fish is fading, its tail comes up and it goes down on its nose like its trying to balance on its nose.. its also wonky.. what might this be? and can i save my fish?
