Okay all you computer geniuses, I think I have a tough one for ya.?

after start up. click start. click "run" type in %temp% then highlight one iicon( you probably have hundreds) hit control a at the same time. then delete when it shows a file cannot be deleted, put pointer on it and hold control and click mouse to unhighlight it. hit delete again. when it is all cleared , except a couple will remain, hit view refresh. this is where they hide.now turn on browser, go to lavasoft and download adaware free version. update it and run it full scan. run it smart scan after you surf around or download misic. it works.
