Bioshock question?

I just finished the Fort Frolic level, but when I was about to ride the bathysphere it said that I hadn't dealt with all the Little Sister. I would like to know how many Little Sister there are in this level? So far I dealt with four which is how many it says there are on the start menu. Thanks.
