Why do people compare George W. Bush to Hitler?

He shouldn't be compared to Hitler. Anyone who does that is exaggerating or is a complete idiot. I didn't agree with everything he did and thought he wasn't that great of a president. But he didn't kill 6,000,000 people because of their race.
