Is dry or "cured" plastic repair epoxy harmful to you?

I bought ACE Plastic Repair Epoxy to repair some pvc piping for my house's water system, i know epoxy is harmful when its not fully cured or dry but how about when it is fully cured? Im just wondering in case the water comes into contact with the fully cured epoxy and we use that water for showers or etc
