Is this depression? have you ever felt the same?

Yep, i've felt like that & only someone else who's felt like that can understand it. I told a few people but they said i was talking nonsense! So, i went to see my doctor who prescribed anti-depressants which i began to take. They took a while before they started working, but i kept taking them & that empty despair that you describe, slowly but surely lifted. Please see your doctor as soon as you can.
