Does this sound like an interesting teen romance plot?

A girl whose always been popular in school, perfect at home, smart and gorgeous finds her dad and mom shot dead at the end of her driveway. After a month of grieving with her older sister and younger brother she suddenly stops. While she watches the rest of her family continue to mourn she just becomes angry at her parents, as if it was their fault. So she becomes determined to be nothing like who she used to be. She watches her perfect sister struggle to come to terms with the fact that her perfect life wasn't so perfect after all, and her little brother bounce the idea of death around in his undeveloped mind. She finds herself spending hours each day at the Stratton Cliff, a local hangout by a restaurant where a ton of kids her age work. She meets a girl who later becomes a friend. She's slightly cynical and out there but she helps her cope with her new fouond carelessness. and then she meets a boy. someone who tries to keep her head on her shoulder's despite that he isnt anywhere close to good. Although he's not all bad.
