Exactly how bad do Novocaine shots hurt?

they don't hurt at all, honestly. you can barely feel it at all. i also hate needles, but i've had to get my wisdom teeth pulled, along with a bunch of my baby teeth so i could get braces. i wouldn't worry too much about it, you'll be fine :) if i were you, i'd tell your dentist about your fear so maybe he'll be extra gentle. you might want to just focus on the music playing or something and keep your mind off of needles. you'll be fine, i promise :) good luck!
