Help with a dog adoption please!!!! (pitbull adoption)?

Apparently your area recently changed their laws regarding pitbulls. They are now considered a vicious animal simply because of their breed. There are vicious animal restrictions that oyu ahve to follow or receive very hefty fines. "VICIOUS ANIMAL RESTRICTIONS Under the law, which revises the existing vicious animals ordinance, a pit bull must be confined to a backyard with a six-foot fence. The pit bull can be walked only if on a leash and muzzled. And the owner must have $100,000 in liability insurance". Just because it is a pitbull it must be vicious right? I hope nothing like that ever gets ped here! Jeez. I wouldn't even tell the shelter that you are moving to mexico. I would just get the dog and run to the border, or somewhere that a dog has to do something vicious to be labeled vicious.
