How to deal with a dad that is a control freak, selfish and annoying person and a manipulator?

Dude, you're 32 years old. You don't have to deal with him if you don't want to. My father is hyper-critical and likes to lay guilt trips on his family members. My solution? I live two hours away from him and I keep him out of my life.
