Rafters coming thru roof?

there is a big sink hole on the front side of my house. we have filled it 3 times and now in the kitchen, my sink is pulling away from the wall, the rafters are coming out the top of the roof and the walls are cracking around the doors. what is causing this and can it be fixed?
