Should I get extensions? PLZ help?

Okay, so I have hair that goes to my shoulders, it poofs out, then has a little flippy under layer. sorry i can't post a pic. But it makes my head look HUGE. Do you think extensions r ok? Money isnt a problem i have that handled. . . .
