Will I benefit with a video card upgrade, and what do you suggest?

basically what he said, my advice is to buy new parts and build a new computer. you may be able to use some of your old hardware (case, hard drive, video card, power supply etc) but you definitely need a new processor which also means a new motherboard. and that probably means your RAM wont be compatible
