Work on core body exersices. Push ups sit ups mountain climbers leg lifts squat thrusts ect. Anything to get your body in tip top physical shape. If your planning on doing distance work on long runs on your free time. Anything more than 3 miles isn't really necessry. Strengthen those legs and work on endurance. Start to work on your diet too. Does my puppy have Crate anxiety?

I have a 4 month old bluetick coonhound. Every time my family and i leave, whenever we come home my puppy has slobber all over the floor of his crate near the door. I've noticed that he has red sores on his belly. I put a blanket in to see if it would soak up his slobber but he just moves it all around and the blanket ends up being in a ball in the back corner. We put music on and give him toys. He usually slobbers at night when we leave to go eat or do something. During the day when i leave for school and put him away hes fine. When i come home no slobber. As a high school sopre i'm beginning to think about my possible ventures after high school. i know i want to go to college but am torn between two particular routes. I love math and science, now even though I've failed to take a physics course i think i love physics. It gives insight not only into life itself but the mechanics of how life works down to the molecular level and i love space so i WANT to study physics in college then go on and get my Ph.d in astrophysics. We think that one day when we are like 80 we will go to the zoo and just see real live fritzbats. In school, we scream "JUMP, A FRITZBAT!" or "DUCK, A FRITZBAT!" to eachother and actually jump and duck, over nothing. We point out holes in the walls and call them fritznests. We tell our teachers that there are fritzbats resting on their head. All we talk about is fritzbats. We made a disease called fritzbes, and we have to go to Ms. Joy quite often to get our shots. We are completely obsessed. We made a story about our Poke-Adventure and handed it in for extra credit and never got it back. We made songs about our fritzbats, we turned them into fritzfoods. I have noticed just now as I was eating a pickle from the jar, that it says it is 0 calories. Now I kinda looked into it and it was a bit inconclusive. Calories basically power your body. So, since eating pickles give you no calories, is it possible to die from starvation-type reasons? her ip is merely an address igned by a provider. the virus infested itself at the application level and is reading whats going on in the computer and reporting back to it's maker. Nothing really has anything to do with her IP address except that internet traffic is sent to and from it. I think she should run malwarebytes in safe mode and make sure the computer is completely clean, then have a friend download the latest firefox, and or Microsoft Internet Explorer to a Flash-drive and bring it to the affected machine and reinstall it after the threat has been eradicated.

Hi, i have a 4 year old intact male reg cattle dog. He is VERY fit and VERY VERY active. I do fly ball and agility with him. As well as working on the ranch i live on, so daily he works 2500+ head of cattle and 400+ sheep. I do utility level obedience training with him. I jog with him every morning, and in the after noon I bring him down to the lake where he goes swimming for 2-3 hours, playing fetch and Frisbee, as well as jumping off the dock. And 4 times a week we go to the local dog park and he plays with all the dogs there. I do go horseback riding daily and he follows along on the trail rides, or on the quad or dirt bike which ever i take. However, he still has energy even after all that. The past week on the way down to the lake, i have let him run beside the vehicle (off leash), normally about 25-30kms. And let him choose the speed. He loves it. He could do it for hours, however, i have only let him do it on and off for 1 and a half hours- two hours. He could still go for a while but at a slower pace 10-15 kms, or a steady jog/lope. I normally only do this when it gets cooler before dark. How can i tell when he is tired enough that i should make him stop? Each go around on the lake trails is about 15 mins, then its by the docking shore, where i let him play in the water and cool off and drink etc for about 15 mins then we go with the truck again. This dog will not stop, he loves working and being physically active. Rawhides are finished in 15mins-1 hour, even the great dane sized bones. I give him treats in a jar/toys but he really isnt food motivated (he doesnt even eat steak or other treats, never mind dog treats lol)

Overdrive Guitar Pedals?

I have a Randall RX120 half stack and I love it. I love the distortion, it gives like a pantera/metallica sort of sound to your playing. But it just seems like its not enough distortion at times. So I didn't want to get a distortion pedal cause i like how my amp distortion sounds so i decided to get an overdrive pedal. I was thinking about buying the mxr zakk wylde over drive pedal. I watched some reviews on it and it is just insane how good it boost your amp. but the problem is they were all with marshall tube amps. So since my amp is solid state, what kind of difference would it make? I just want it to give my amp some more distortion and gain. So if you have any info on this pedal or anything let me know.

VisionTek RMA, anyone who might know a little about it...?

Ok, well I sent in my Radeon HD 4870x2 because it was malfunctioning. However, they aren't very good at keeping me up to date on whats goin on with my card. I asked em if they got the card, they said it was in the testing process and that's the last I heard. Then yesterday, I get an e-mail from FedEx saying it was finally sent back. I'm just worried, I don't know if they didn't see the problems I saw with the card and just sent it back thinking the card was fine, this is my worry. Or maybe it was broken and they fixed it, or sent me a replacement, or whatever the hell is goin on. Obviously I hope they saw that it was messed up and the card they are sending back is repaired or replacement, I can only hope. I e-mailed VisionTek earlier, but its up in the air whether or not I'll get a response, they don't seem to be very talkative. The responses I do get back are always like 1 or 2 sentences long. Anyway I'm just worried about it, and am just wondering if anyone else has dealt with RMA's with VisionTek, maybe they could let me know a little more about how they work. I live in the U.S. I signed up for a PayPal account using a nearly-empty prepaid AmEx gift card. I figured since it can be used in stores as a credit card, it would work online. It did. So now Im signing up for this online sales website(where I would sell things for profit), and I'm wondering. What happens when they transfer money to my paypal? Well NROTC does not require specific high school grades to get into. You first need to be accepted to the school that hosts, the Rotc program. I would say go to college, enroll in the program, and then as soon as you graduate youll be commissioned. now if money is a problem then you might wanna enlist first so afterward they can pay for it. But in a nut shell high school grades really only help in getting full ride scholarships from ROTC, otherwise, they do not matter to get in. Just speak to the detachment officer and he will set you up once you get into the host college. Good luck

Cuckoo catfish antics question?

i have a cuckoo catfish in a 40 gallon tank. his/her tank mates are 3 diamond tetras, a pea eel, 3 upside down cats and a baby red tail shark. The cat fish has more than enough room to swim and is ignored by all the fish. how ever instead of swimming around the middle of the tank like my LCF said it would it hides under a leaf for about two seconds, swims vertically up the side of the wall parallel to the waters surface, around the filer bar ( a loop de loop) then back down the other wall and then back under the leaf and does it all over again. Is this dangerous for the fish?

MW2 Tar-21 versus Scar-H and M4A1 versus ACR?

i am in a dilemma trying to find the better weapon. my main weapon(s) in MW2 are the tar-21 and the scar. i use these weapons as mid range ault primarily occasionally reaching to short or long distances. i use them silenced with scavenger pro stopping power pro and ninja pro which weapon would better be used for this kind type of shooting. i don't want opinions i want facts taking statistics like accuracy and fire rate into factor. with the ACR and m4 i use the same perks but with red dot and medium to long range which is better taking in accuracy and fire rate. thanks for the help

I sit next to a friend in cl, he's being a little kid and ignoring me for stupid reasons. I don't know a lot of people in this particular cl, so I he was the only one I talked to. Major Depression?

Been treated for depression with Lexapro for 3 yrs with no therapy. While on the medication had very severe bouts so I started therapy, now 3 months, and changed to Wellbutrin XL, am having some very sad and hopeless days and weeks. My symptoms are I will feel positive, energetic with great plans for the future for periods of 1- to 3 months, then I experience inner turmoil and then I give up, and become severely depressed and hopeless, lasting 1 - 2 months and then it all starts again. During the depressive state, the inner turmoil is what seems to be the worst. I talk myself out of every potentially good idea or thought. I play out ideas in my head from start to finish and it always turns out bad in my mind so I don't even try to do it so I go deeper into hopelessness. Therapist says it may be bipolar am going to a psychiatrist for eval and possible medication adjustment. I am 40, have a good life and yet don't see it at all. I can't anything going I just get by. Any ideas?

What to do after fake antivirus scam started running?

I got one of those fake anti-virus scam pop-ups on a legit website yesterday (one of those scams that pops up and states that you have a virus on your PC and wants to scan it for errors). When I tried to X out of it instead of pressing OK or cancel, it started running the program. I really quickly hit Ctr-alt-delete to get to my task manager and closed it that way. I ran my own antivirus program after that and it didn't find any infected files or problems. All seems to be okay but today I turned on my PC and noticed weird things like down in my tool bar my icons for things like my wireless connection and my volume are missing. Any ideas on what I should do to see if there are deeper issues that are affected? Thank you!

If it is Tourettes it is possible to suppress tics, however they will come out eventually (whether it's in private or not). Anxiety can increase their frequency. I would really reccomend talking to a professional if you can, as regardless of whether or not it is Tourette's, it sounds like it's holding you back a bit.

Unfortunately people might make rude comments, and theres not much you can do. You could disclose your illness with these people, or ignore them/take your business elsewhere. Either way you need to develop thicker skin and view these people as if they're the ones with the problem (they seem to be, because you'd think store managers would realize that your money is as green and valuable as anyone else's) I'd suggest trying to make your hair or clothes look nicer so the homeless thing can be ruled out tho.

Soo, school starts in a week and I want to find good eye products for everyday. I only wear a little bit of makeup and even then I try to make it look effortless. I'm not a big makeup person so I don't use all the bells and whistles like blush, foundation, and only wear neutral eyeshadow on special occasions, so just a little something to make my eyes pop. Lately I've just been using mascara and eyeliner to make my eyes look less tired and it seems to work. I use Covergirl Lashblast and Maybelline define-a-line and it looks great but, it's a known fact that define-a-line is just gone at the end of the day. Are there any good brown drugstore eyeliners that I can put on my waterline that doesn't smear, run, etc? And what do you think of Lashblast? So, id like to become more of a machiavellian character. I've generally been the stereotype "nice guy", and to be honest, i haven't really had problems with that.
